A project to provide a community space for young children to play.

Appin community playpark is located in Port Appin on land owned by Appin Community Development Trust. The playpark was opened in Autumn 2020 and is accessed via Shuna View (turning by the doctor’s surgery).  

The playpark is managed by Appin Young Families Group and designed for use by young children up to 12 years of age, under the supervision of their parents or carers. The playpark is open to all children, both residents of Appin and visitors and includes equipment that is accessible to children with mobility difficulties.
