An accessible village hall with parking and a capacity of up to 130, Appin Village Hall is available for hire by any individual or organisation, private or public, for all types of meeting or event.
The hall, situated in the village of Appin in North Argyll, is easily accessible from the main trunk road, A828.

Hall Capacity
The suggested hall capacity is:
130 for seated events in rows
80 for seated events with tables and chairs
120 for a dance or party
Entrance Foyer
Welcome area, ticket sales etc. Bar area with enclosed space, counter, shutter and fridge.
Main Hall
This is large enough for a full badminton court (marked out) and has in addition, a stage, fully curtained with stage lighting and sound.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with 5 ring electric range cooker,
2 ovens and grill, small fridge and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and glasses.
Corridor
Ample coat hooks.
Back Room
Multiple use for storage, changing room etc.
Toilets
Gents toilet & urinals. Ladies toilet with 4 cubicles. Disabled toilet.
Tables & Chairs
Selection of large or small folding tables and ample padded chairs.
Internet Connection
The Hall has free open WiFi for limited general use. Full use of the secure superfast broadband is available for a small charge. Please add to your booking form and a password will be supplie
Parking
The Hall has its own car park and a ramp or steps to the double door entrance.
Additional parking is available in the large community car park opposite the Hall.
Appin Hall charges
Local Hire: £8 an hour
£50 local ceilidh
£85 adult party, £25 children's party
£250 wedding
£50 (min. donation) funeral gathering
Outside Hire: £70 half day
£120 daytime, £70 evening
Commercial use of kitchen: £50
Heating is not included: the Hall electricity meters take £1 and £2 coins.
