A message from Appin Community Council
COVID-19 Measures - VISITORS TO APPIN
Appin is a fragile, rural community which we need to protect from the spread of COVID-19. We therefore respectfully ask visitors - in campervans, cars & caravans - to stay away from the area for the time being.
As Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon said on Sunday 22 March 2020
"To protect Scotland, we must all do the right thing. Scotland is a warm and welcoming country and I fervently hope it’s not too long before we are opening our arms and our countryside to visitors again – but right now our priority must be to protect people from this virus, protect our NHS and protect Scotland."
