The second Annual General Meeting of Appin Community Development Trust takes place on Sunday 7th April at Appin Hall. The meeting starts at 2.30pm.
We are keen to encourage as many members as possible to join us, both to hear about the work that has been taking place during the past year and also to help elect Trustees for the coming year. In addition to voting for Trustees at the AGM you may, if you wish,nominate a member for election as a Board Trustee. Nomination forms can be obtained from any current Board member (list below) or by email from firstname.lastname@example.org. All such nominations need to be signed and returned by Wednesday 3rd April at the latest.
After the AGM we will be launching the new Appin Community Website and there will also be opportunities to discuss our project work in more detail over tea, coffee and home baking.
I do hope that you will be able to join us for the AGM. There is no need to book a place, though it would be helpful for catering purposes if you could kindly let us know if you intend to come. Finally, could you please let us know if there have been any changes over the past year to your address or other contact details.
